  • You have 30 days to file your return after receiving your delivery.
  • Up to 14 days to process refunds after the returned item is recieved.
  • No restocking fee
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it concerns a defect of faulty item. Then we'll replace it for free!

Return process

Did you receive your package and you want to return some or all items for any reason? No drama! Contact us at info@maesmoda.com within 30 days to initiate the return.

First of all, please understand that the items must be in a certain condition - most notably we are not a place from where you rent stuff, so you can try it on and that's pretty much it. No sign of use, no damage (obv.), original tags still attached.

Contact us at info@maesmoda.com to initiate the return. Dont send the package without talking us first, We will provide you the return adress by email first.

Do use a service with a tracking number, as neither of us want the package to get lost, do we?

Refunds

When we indeed receive your package, we'll send you a confirmation email. Then you can crack a cold one (or several, in fact), because it may take us up to 14 days to process and return your money. You'll see it on the same payment instrument you used when you placed your order.

Cancellations

Something came up and you need to cancel? We can defo do that! Just let us know at info@maesmoda.com and make sure to do it before we dispatch the order (usually 1-2 days). If you are too late, no need to crack the shits - you can still return it, you'll just have to pony up the return shipping costs.

Wrong / damaged items

Oh boy. The package has arrived, but something's wrong? Usually that's an error on our side - that we pack the wrong size or a different color.

Please reach out to info@maesmoda.com Attach photos, your order number and let us know what's wrong - we'll haul ass to fix it and replace it for free.
