  • Order handling: 1-2 business days (Mo-Fr)
  • Order transit: 4-6 business days (Mo-Fr)
  • Free shipping on all orders to Australia

I've ordered, now what?

While you're reading your confirmation email, our guys and gals are already getting busy with prepping your stuff for dispatch.

On average, it takes us 1-2 business days (Mo-Fr) to dispatch the order (you'll be notified and get your tracking code once we do). Then, please wait 4-6 business days (Delivery on Mo-Fr) before the order reaches you.

Cancellations

Something came up and you need to cancel? We can defo do that! Just let us know at info@maesmoda.com and make sure to do it before we dispatch the order (usually 1-2 days). If you are too late, no need to crack the shits - you can still return it, you'll just have to pony up the return shipping costs.

Wrong / damaged items

Oh boy. The package has arrived, but something's wrong? Usually that's an error on our side - that we pack the wrong size or a different color.

Please reach out to info@maesmoda.com within 30 days of getting the package. Attach photos, your order number and let us know what's wrong - we'll haul ass to fix it and replace it for free.
